Why CirOps exists.
Cloud infrastructure has become the operating environment every product runs on, and operating it well requires sustained engineering capacity. Costs compound quietly. Incidents grow harder to diagnose. Security controls lag behind growth. Infrastructure decisions made quickly in year one become the constraints your team works around in year three.
CirOps was built to solve that problem through clear assessment and hands-on engineering. Implementation engagements close with tested infrastructure and documentation; assessments close with written findings and next steps. Ongoing operational ownership is agreed separately when it is part of the engagement.
The principle behind everything we build: complexity should be in control of the people responsible for it, not the other way around. That's what “Cloud, Engineered Right” means in practice.

Operations are led by Keval Shah, Operations Head and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, alongside a senior bench of DevOps and CloudOps engineers. Founder
The engineer behind CirOps.
Nirav Pancholi founded CirOps Consulting to do cloud infrastructure work the way he believed it should be done, with full delivery accountability, documented process, and AI-augmented operations built in from day one. His work spans DevOps, SRE, FinOps, secrets management, and OIDC/Zero Trust architecture, and is an active member of the AWS User Group.
Nirav sets the technical direction for CirOps and remains involved in the delivery standards used across engagements.
Nirav started CirOps after years of watching the same problems repeat across client environments: hosting setups that burned money, no pipelines, VMs running where managed services should be, security gaps that had been deferred until they became crises. The advisory answer wasn't what those teams needed. They needed someone to actually fix it. CirOps was built to be that firm.
