AWS infrastructure, engineered and operated with deep expertise.
CirOps Consulting is an AWS Advanced Tier Partner. Nine AWS certifications. Full-stack delivery across compute, networking, security, DevOps, and AI/ML infrastructure - and formal delivery under AWS programs including Lift, Landing Zone Accelerator, and the AWS Security Reference Architecture.

Partnership
AWS Advanced Tier Partner - what that means for your engagement.
AWS Advanced Tier Partner status is not self-declared. It is earned through demonstrated technical capability, certified personnel, and a track record of delivering AWS engagements to AWS standards.
For the buyer, it means three things:
Vetted delivery capability.
AWS has assessed CirOps's technical depth, team certifications, and delivery history. We meet AWS's defined bar for what a qualified delivery partner looks like.
Access to formal AWS programs.
An AWS Advanced Tier Partner can deliver engagements under AWS guidance and solutions such as the Startup Security Baseline and Landing Zone Accelerator. Partner status does not certify a customer-specific implementation or methodology. Partners can also help eligible customers apply for AWS Lift, AWS's promotional credits program, alongside a migration engagement. A generic vendor does not have access to these.
Clear delivery accountability.
CirOps remains accountable for the delivery scope and commitments agreed with the client. AWS partner status does not transfer that responsibility to AWS or replace the engagement terms agreed with CirOps.
AWS Advanced Tier Partner
- Assessed against AWS technical and operational standards
- Authorized to deliver formal AWS programs
- AWS migration credits for qualifying customers
- AWS Partner Network code of conduct
Working with an AWS Advanced Tier Partner is the difference between an engagement that follows AWS methodology and one that borrows the branding.
AWS Service Delivery
AWS services matched to the workload.
The AWS services listed below, scoped to the workload and delivery requirements, represent the areas we build, configure, operate, and optimize.
Compute
EC2 · EKS · Lambda · Fargate
From single-instance workloads to multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms and event-driven serverless architectures.
Storage & Data
S3 · RDS · Aurora · DynamoDB · Redshift
Relational, NoSQL, data lake, and warehouse layers - provisioned, tuned, and made resilient.
Networking
VPC · Transit Gateway · Route 53 · CloudFront
Private networks, multi-account routing, DNS, and global CDN - built to your topology, not a default template.
Security
GuardDuty · Security Hub · AWS Config · IAM · Secrets Manager · WAF
Threat detection, posture management, secrets lifecycle, and application-layer protection - operated as a continuous discipline, not a one-time configuration.
Operations
CloudWatch · CloudTrail · AWS Config · Systems Manager
Observability, audit, configuration compliance, and fleet management integrated around the agreed inventory and evidence requirements.
DevOps
CodePipeline · CodeBuild · CloudFormation · CDK
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment workflows - built to reduce manual toil in your release process.
AI/ML Infrastructure
SageMaker · Bedrock
We deliver the infrastructure that runs your AI workloads - inference endpoints, training environments, model serving pipelines. Not model development; the cloud infrastructure your models run on.
Credentials
AWS delivery capability for your environment.
The certifications held by our team support the architecture, security, operations, and platform disciplines used in AWS work. Engagement staffing and responsibilities are defined for the scope.

AWS-track from practitioner through professional and specialty. Our team also holds all five Kubernetes certifications (KCNA · KCSA · CKA · CKAD · CKS) and HashiCorp Terraform. Explore Kubernetes Platform Engineering or see the full picture on the Trust page.
AWS Programs
AWS programs available through the engagement.
CirOps delivers engagements under specific, named AWS programs. Each program has AWS-defined methodology, milestone governance, and - for qualifying customers - financial support. These are not generic service offerings that borrow AWS terminology.
AWS Lift
AWS's promotional credits program for eligible businesses beginning or accelerating cloud adoption. CirOps runs the underlying migration itself - discovery, dependency mapping, phased cutover, validation, and post-migration optimization - and helps eligible customers apply for AWS Lift credits alongside it. Eligibility and available credits are confirmed during scoping.
Discuss your AWS migration →AWS Startup Security Baseline (SSB)
AWS foundational guidance organized into account controls and workload controls for early-stage teams. CirOps assesses and implements the applicable baseline, then scopes additional controls where the environment requires them.
Startup Security Baseline →AWS Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA)
AWS's reference architecture for multi-account AWS environments - governance, networking, security baseline, and log aggregation, deployed through AWS Control Tower and LZA automation. CirOps delivers the full LZA implementation: account structure, SCPs, centralized logging, and network topology.
Landing Zone Accelerator →AWS Control Tower
Multi-account governance, organizational unit structure, guardrails, and account vending - deployed and configured as part of Landing Zone Accelerator engagements and as a standalone control-plane implementation for teams moving from single-account to multi-account AWS architecture.
Landing Zone Accelerator →Engineering through production delivery.
Across FinOps engagements: rightsizing, reserved instance strategy, commitment planning, and continuous anomaly detection.
Every migration is planned with workload-specific rollout, validation, and rollback paths to minimize disruption.
Availability goals, observability, and recovery procedures are designed around the needs of the workload.
AI-Augmented Delivery
AI-augmented AWS delivery - standard practice, not a roadmap item.
CirOps engineers use AI-assisted tooling within selected AWS delivery workflows, with human review retained for architecture decisions, production changes, incident conclusions, and handover material.
AI-assisted CloudFormation and CDK generation
AI-assisted infrastructure-as-code drafts are reviewed against the architecture, policy checks, and deployment requirements before use.
AI-assisted cost anomaly triage
AWS billing and usage signals can be grouped for engineer review so the cause, priority, and approved response are verified before action.
AI-assisted incident root cause analysis
During CloudWatch-based incident workflows, AI-assisted analysis can assemble relevant signals while engineers confirm the cause and remediation.
AI-assisted architecture documentation
Architecture documentation can be drafted from agreed sources and then reviewed against the implemented environment before handover.
This is the CirOps operational standard. Every AWS engagement, every team member.
