Founder
What Nirav builds, and how.
Nirav founded CirOps Consulting on a straightforward conviction: cloud infrastructure decisions should lead to clear, usable outcomes. Implementation work closes with tested infrastructure and documentation. Assessment work closes with written findings and next steps. Managed work carries the operational ownership agreed with the client.
His hands-on AWS experience spans multi-account landing zone design, infrastructure-as-code delivery in Terraform and CloudFormation, workload migrations, FinOps programmes, and full-cycle DevOps automation. He has designed and operated systems where the cost of failure is not abstract: platforms that run continuous workloads, revenue-generating pipelines that cannot tolerate drift, and environments where security isn't a post-launch consideration.
Nirav's path to cloud infrastructure started in the physical layer. His first serious infrastructure challenge was deploying Oracle RAC - a clustered database architecture that demands precision - while working in IT for the diamond manufacturing sector. From there he spent five years rising from NOC Executive to CTO at City Broadband, managing a network serving 10,000+ customers: building hosting and email solutions, running server virtualization, and delivering some of his earliest cloud migration projects. A stint at Ishan Netsol followed, running city-wide underground fibre routing and IoT connectivity for the Dahod Smart City project in collaboration with Honeywell. By March 2020, at Saarthy Technosys in Mumbai, he was combining DevOps work with WordPress development for clients - and quickly narrowed his focus to cloud and DevOps exclusively. He founded CirOps Consulting in April 2022, starting with one engineer and a standard that has held since day one: cloud infrastructure delivered, documented, and operational - not just designed.
Three practice areas where Nirav works at depth:
Infrastructure architecture and operations.
Multi-account AWS environments, landing zone design, service control policies, cross-region architecture, cost engineering, and operational automation. He designs for scale from the start - not as a future sprint.
DevOps, SRE, and FinOps.
CI/CD pipeline design, SLO and SLI frameworks, incident response runbooks, FinOps cost visibility, rightsizing, reserved capacity strategy. Infrastructure that runs reliably and predictably - tracked, not guessed.
Security: secrets management, OIDC, and zero-trust.
Vault-based secrets management, OIDC-based short-lived credential patterns, and zero-trust network design. Nirav builds authentication systems that minimize long-lived credentials and make least-privilege access part of the foundation.
Community
Contributing to the AWS community.
Nirav is an active member of the AWS User Group, a community where practitioners gather to share operational experience, discuss architectural patterns, and work through the real-world complexity of building on AWS. He participates as a practitioner, not a spectator.
