3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following grounds:
- Consent - you voluntarily submit the contact form and consent to us using the information to respond to your inquiry.
- Legitimate interest - to follow up on a business inquiry you have initiated.
4. How we use your data

Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity processes limited technical and usage data for CirOps. This can include page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with public site elements. Microsoft Clarity may create masked session recordings and heatmaps. Contact-form fields are explicitly masked and are not sent to Clarity or included in analytics events.
Retention: We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage an engagement where applicable, meet legal obligations, and protect our legal interests. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and improve the experience. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to connect usage across pages. We keep advertising-related consent denied and do not use these tools for advertising or remarketing.
You can reject analytics when the banner appears, and change that decision at any time through Privacy settings in the site footer. Rejecting analytics stops future analytics collection. Standard browser behaviour, such as caching static assets, is outside our control.
